ANOTHER CURIOUS PICTURE. Little is known about the picture - - except that Night Vision Cameras are capable to see into the higher vibrations above the frequency ranges the human eye is capable of. So HOW DO WE KNOW what is there? Hint, - - who gave the inspiration to all the carved Gargoyls on Catholic Churches and Government buildings? There are other "realities" next to ours, slightly out of our range of visual cues. There are movie footage and videos taken of those "realities", and there are some interesting "stuff" there.
