THIS STRANGE OBJECT WILL BE PASSING EARTH at a distance of 280,000 miles in the next few months. It is rotating very rapidly, and are in a strange parallel Earth orbit. It was discovered in 1991. It has the exact shape as the enclose picture, so scientists are wondering if it is artificial.
