THERE ARE LIGHT COLUMN shooting out of the ground everywhere around the world. This picture is from Minsk in Northern Russia. It is multi colored light, and it does not follow the prism colors. Here is a hint; It is strongest closer to the ground, which should indicate that it is coming from the ground. BUT- - consider an energy coming from the outside, and being activated by the radiation closer to the ground - - -. What are your thoughts ?
