HERE IS THE RUSSIAN "ZIL 114" Automobile. This is a short limousine mostly used by higher ranking Government officials. It was a tremendous status symbol to drive one. Vladimir Puten has one that he occasional drives. Yes, he drives his own car, stops at fueling stations and fills up his own car, checks his oil and is known to participate in maintenance work on cars.
