No, it is not a fake or photo shop. It is sitting in a museum. It is a real scull. It looks like a "Humanoid" scull, even though it is slightly smaller than a human scull. This picture, and another one of the same kind, has been around for a very long time. I am getting that it was a small humanoid, not native to Earth, which lived here on this planet about a half million years ago.
