NO, THIS IS NOT ON MARS. This formation of the land is at Medesin Hat, Alberta, Canada. So, just because like an artifact, it may not be - - artificial. But than again, how do we know that this "Face" is not the product of another highly technological advanced society living on Earth 8 Million years ago - - just like the "Face on Mars" ?
